Dallas Area Compliance Association, Inc (DACA) is a non-profit company formed to meet the needs of professionals in regulatory compliance and related fields in Dallas, Texas and the nearby cities.
Members include Compliance and BSA Officers in financial institutions, as well as, consultants and professionals in compliance and information technology fields.
DACA hosts a General Meeting business lunch at the Crowne Plaza Dallas, Addison, TX in January, March, May, July and October of each year. At each General Meeting lunch, a guest speaker provides a relevant compliance related presentation. The General Meetings serve as an excellent source of information about current regulatory issues and provide networking opportunities and continuing education credits.
In lieu of a General Meeting in September, the organization also holds a one-day Annual Conference each year. The Annual Conference presents expert speakers providing the members and guests with information and educational materials to use in their day-to-day compliance work environments. The Annual Conference serves as an excellent source of information about current regulatory issues and provides networking opportunities and continuing education credit.
